Petolly Food Warming Mats – Limited Warranty

Effective Coverage:
This limited warranty applies to all Petolly Food Warming Mats (hereafter referred to as "the Product") purchased from Petolly or an authorized retailer. It guarantees that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Period

  • Duration: 30 Days from the Date of Purchase.

The warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date and lasts for thirty (30) days. No product registration is required – coverage is automatically in effect from the day you buy the Product.

What This Warranty Covers

Petolly warrants that the Product is
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal recommended use during the 30-day warranty period. In practical terms, this means:

  • The Product should function as intended without
    manufacturing or assembly defects.
  • If the Product malfunctions or fails due to a defect in materials or how it was made (workmanship) within 30 days of purchase, it is eligible for warranty service.

Our Responsibility Under Warranty:
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Petolly will, at its discretion,
either repair the Product or replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal value at no charge to you (apart from the return shipping reimbursement detailed below). This remedy is provided in addition to your legal rights in the region of purchase.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty is focused on defects arising from normal use of the Product. It does not cover the following instances of damage or issues:

  • Misuse or Improper Handling: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the Product (e.g., using the mat for unintended purposes, folding or bending it improperly, etc.).
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration from regular use, including cosmetic damage or normal aging of materials (such as slight scratches, fading, or ordinary wear).
  • Pet or Animal Damage: Any damage resulting from pets or other animals chewing, scratching, or otherwise physically damaging the Product.
  • Accidents or External Factors: Damage due to accidents, neglect, fire, liquid spills, flood, or other external causes not related to a defect in manufacturing.
  • Unauthorized Alterations: Damage resulting from any modification, tampering, or repair attempt by anyone not authorized by Petolly.
  • Other Exclusions: Any issue that is not a direct result of a defect in materials or workmanship. For example, improper power supply (using the wrong voltage), or using the Product contrary to the user instructions may void this warranty.

Note:
This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser of the Product and is
not transferable to subsequent owners. Ensure you retain a proof of purchase
(like a receipt or order confirmation), as you may need it to verify your
warranty eligibility.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

We strive to make warranty service as
easy as possible. If you believe your Petolly Food Warming Mat has a defect
covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Petolly Support: Email our customer support at support@petolly.com within the 30-day warranty period. Include your name, contact information, order number or proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue. Photos or short videos of the problem can be very helpful to expedite the evaluation.
  2. Follow Return Instructions: A Petolly representative will respond with troubleshooting assistance and, if the issue appears to be warranty-related, provide you with instructions for returning the Product for inspection. (Important: In some cases, we may troubleshoot or send replacement parts without requiring a return, but this will be determined case-by-case.)
  3. Ship the Product for Inspection: If asked to return the Product, package it securely to prevent damage in transit. Unless otherwise instructed by Petolly, you will need to ship the Product at your own cost initially. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as Petolly is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us.
  4. Inspection and Outcome: Once Petolly receives the returned Product, our technical team will inspect and test it to verify the defect.
  • If the problem is confirmed to be due to a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this warranty, Petolly will take one or more of the following actions at no charge to you: repair the Product, replace it with an equivalent new/refurbished Product, or refund the purchase price (at Petolly’s discretion). In addition, we will reimburse your return shipping costs up to a maximum of $10 USD. (Any reimbursement will be issued in the form of the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.)
  • If the returned Product is found NOT to have a qualifying defect (for example, if the issue was caused by misuse, or the product is working properly), Petolly will notify you. In such cases, the warranty claim may be denied. You may choose to have the same item shipped back to you (you might be responsible for the return shipping in this scenario), or discuss other service options with our support team. Unfortunately, if the issue is not covered, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  1. Turnaround Time: We aim to process warranty claims as quickly as possible. Inspection and processing typically take a few business days after we receive the product. Repair or replacement, if approved, will be arranged promptly. We will keep you updated via email on the status of your claim and the next steps.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • No Registration Required: As noted above, you do not need to register your Product for warranty coverage. The dated sales receipt or order confirmation showing the purchase date serves as the start of your warranty period. Petolly may ask for this proof of purchase to honor the warranty.
  • Geographical Limitations: This warranty is valid for Products purchased within the country (or region) where Petolly or its authorized distributors sell the Product. If you purchased the Product in a different country or region, please contact Petolly support to confirm warranty options.
  • Warranty Limitations: This 30-Day Limited Warranty offers specific legal rights. Petolly disclaims any other warranties or conditions, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. This includes implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which may only last as long as the 30-day period. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you in such cases.
  • Limitation of Liability: Except for the obligations explicitly stated in this warranty document, Petolly will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages, loss of use, loss of data, lost profits, or any other consequential damages related to your use of the Product. Petolly’s total liability for any valid warranty claim is limited to the original purchase price of the Product. In other words, we will not pay for damages or losses beyond repairing or replacing the defective Product and reimbursing up to $10 of return shipping as described above. (Note: Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.)
  • No Other Warranties: No Petolly reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. This warranty document contains the entire warranty agreement between you and Petolly for the Product.
